IT Production Support

Hi All,
Our client (insurance industry) is looking for:

IT Production Support

Requirements:

1. Minimum 2nd work experience as IT Production Support (preferred)
2. Have a basic developer (Java / .Net / SQL Server / Oracle)
3. Have a basic BA (able to analyze problems and solve problems)
4. Have good communication

Job description:

1. Monitor issues and follow up with vendors or perform bug fixing
2. Creating reports on issues based on their status (open, need retest, closed and others)
3. Analyze the cause of the problem (root cause)
4. Fix problems where possible and perform testing
5. Escalate the problem to other parties or vendors if necessary
6. Answer user questions related to the use of the application
7. Perform database queries based on user requests
8. Patching based on user requests
