IT Support

We are looking for IT Support in South Jakarta
PT KPM Oil & Gas

Requirements :

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science
• Have experience min. 2 years as IT Support
• Understanding the basic fundamentals on network infrastructures, information management and configuring network devices (Routers and switches, Firewall, CCTV, IP Phone)
• Good knowledge of Windows Server & Client, Networking Concept
• Able to configure and maintain email server, troubleshooting hardware and software
• Understanding the basic fundamentals on POS or Hotel System
• Good interpersonal skills and organizational skills

Responsibility :

• Implementing, maintaining and monitoring network devices and server
• Installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks withing the office
• Handle troubleshooting hardware/software (PC and Server)
• Logging the support calls and conducting general diagnostic and troubleshooting
