Lead of Merchandiser

PT Usaha Prima Nusantara (Retail Company) currently looking for a Lead of Merchandiser as part of our company growth.
Location : Medan City

Job Desc:

• Develop and implement merchandising strategy, both visual merchandising and product mix.
• Monitor market trends, research customer markets and competitors activities
• Creating planograms, performing floor moves and ensuring that all products are placed based on the listing paid
• Maximise listing / advertising / promotional advertisements
• Develop and maintain positive relationship with all vendors, as well as negotiating trading terms also research new direct suppliers
• Work closely with operational team to monitor and analyse business performance

Job Req:

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management/relevant
2. Min. 3 Year(s) of working experience in the FMCG business / similar role.
3. Proven working experience as Merchandiser in FMCG industry
4. Strong merchandising skills and extensive product knowledge (planogram, ERP system)
5. Have an excellent communication skill
6. Must be creative and self - motivated individual who is also a team player
7. Strong attention to detail
8. Fluent in English is a must
