Learning & Development Specialist

MNC Media is looking for: LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST (Supervisor level).

Requirements are:

• at least 3 years of working experience as Learning & development (supervisor level)
• Familiar with individual development plan
• Very strong knowledge in TNA method, training matrix, sillabus, and training calendar.
• Design, review and develop Training Modul (soft & hard skills)
• Familiar as a trainer (is a must) and training facilitator.
• Creative and energetic.
• Independent, Good communication and interpersonal skills
