Product Planning Staff

Conduct automotive market survey to gather information on consumer needs and wants, also coordinate with Research and Development Team in order to make plans related the specifications and features of Honda products in the future according to survey result.

The main roles of staff level are to improve work processes, manage working time and resources effectively, able to identify potential problems and find solutions, and able to improve self-competence.

Qualification

• Bachelor of Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Management with minimum GPA of 3.0 (scale 4.0)
• Maximum age of 27 years
• Highly interested in the automotive world (especially cars)
• Up to date with automotive market and trends (especially cars)
• Proficient in using Ms. Excel
• Able to do observation and research
• Proficient in processing and analyzing data, and able to present in the form of systematic and interesting reports
• Preferred having car driving license (SIM A)
• Proficient in English (both oral & written)
• Must have valid TOEFL certification with minimum score of 400
• Proficient in MS Office
• Understand about ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001
• Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta
