RECEPTIONIST

Qualification

1. Max 27 years old
2. Min. SMA/D3. Preferably majoring in hospitality
3. At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
4. Have good communication and interpersonal skill
5. Ability to multitasking & prioritize according to situation
6. Good looking and well grooming
7. Fluent in English will be advantage
8. Candidate will be placed on Marunda Center, North Jakarta

Responsibility

1. Greeting and welcome employee or guest
2. Manage guest book and handle incoming or outgoing letter, document, etc
3. Handling incoming call from guest and deliver to related employee
4. Manage meeting room usage and schedule
5. Support job for General Affairs (administration, handle complaint, etc)
6. Placement : Marunda Center
