1. More than 5 Years in the Positions of Sales & Marketing Director Positions in Well Known & Reputable Real Estate & Property Industry.
2. Leadership Experience in handling more than 100 Sales Executive Property.
3. Experience Selling Apartment, Preferable Candidate Sales & Marketing Director from Tamansari Apartment Wijaya Karya Group, Sales & Marketing Director from Ciputra Group or Marketing Director from Meikarta Lippo Group Proven in Selling Apartment More than 1000 Unit Apartment.
4. Experience Leadership & Strategy Marketing for Using Advertising Agency. Giving Strategic Brief to Advertising Agency for All Promotion Tools in Digital Advertising Campaign, Digital Campaign, Above The Line and Below The Line Marketing Strategy to Selling Property Campaign
5. Proven Track Record and Reference Check Record in Marketing & Sales Director More than 15 Years in Property Industry with No Fraud and Blacklist Record.

Salary range around IDR 70 Million - IDR 100 Million based on the experience.
