Senior HR

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all human resource activities, to control & facilitate of employee & industrial relation in the corporate environment
• Prepare and analyze company policies, procedures, job analysis and job evaluation
• Handling labor dispute between employee and company

Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from university any field
• Minimum 8 years experience as HR, GA and Industrial relations
• Good understanding of Indonesian labor law, rules and regulations
• Has experience in dealing with employee in resolving industrial relation issues
• Having strong leadership and integrity
• Good in English
