JOB QUALIFICATIONS :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong knowledge of OD theory and implementation (i.e : Organization Structure, Job Analysis, Job Evaluation, Performance Management, Talent Management, Competency Based Approaches and other Organizational Development Initiatives & Strategies
• Strong knowladge in Recruitment Process
• Having experience as leader / coordinator as effective coach in empowering team
• Demonstrates professional abilities in dealing with confidential information and situations
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication
