Job Title: Topside Construction Manager
Batam; 12 months renewal

• 10+ years in O&G Topside Construction.
• Good understanding of International Shipyards and Modules Fabrication Yards
• Responsible for Topsides Construction to Mechanical Completion activities for Project.
• Ensure that all these activities are carry out in accordance with the Budget, Schedule, Quality and Safety standards.
• Responsible for the management of Site team and Fabricators/Yards to ensure all Topsides Construction/Integration Activities are executed within Schedule, Budget, Quality and Safety in line with Corporate Standards.
• Support Department is ensuring all Departmental Procedures are maintained in the Company's system and improvements updated regularly.
• Support department in Maintaining an updated information/database of the Major Yard's Capabilities and Productivity on Construction activities
• Support department in Maintaining Benchmarking of the various Yards for all Topside Construction related activities.
