• To grow Indonesia entity
• Max 45 years old
• Fluent in Bahasa & English
• Reporting directly to Global Manager
• Having agriculture, plantation, aquaculture background
• Having experience on leading team
• Having a good knowledge of legal, business, labor law and  working with government agencies
• Experienced in export import type of work is a plus
• Having experience of manage and leading a company or some departments
• Having sales & marketing experience is a plus
• Having a good networking is a plus
• Personality wise: proactive, creative, flexible, family like environment
• Good legal knowledge on system in Indonesia: HR & Labor Law & Gov Agency
