Finance Manager, Social Media, Freelance Translator

1. FINANCE MANAGER
Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Oversee financial reports, taxes, regulatory agencies, and other financial relating to user finance
- Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
- Provide strategic recommendations to enhance financial performance and the development of the annual operating, capital, program budgets and tax
- Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, international banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
- Research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations, identify areas of cost reduction and process enhancement
Requirements:
- Candidate must at least Bachelor (S1) Degree in Finance
- Having 2 – 3 years of working experiences in the same position are preferred
- knowledge on financial reporting, regulatory issues, taxes, international banking policy & product, corporate financial law and risk management practices
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational, analytical, ability to work well with others in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, aggressive, and work well under pressure.
- Extensive experience and knowledge of financial deal structuring and mergers & acquisitions, debt financing, etc.
- Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects
- Excellent in English oral and written communication skills with all levels of management is a must
- Experience working with expatriate or international banking is preferable
- Willing to do the business travel if necessary
2. SOCIAL MEDIA
Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Managing and updating information and engaging with users on company social media sites such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc
- Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action
- Able to translate the data into something that is simple and actionable
- Provide recommendations to the team for a better campaign
- Collect data from every MD social media
Requirements:
- Bachelor (S1) degree from reputable university
- Having min. 2 years working experiences in the same position
- Computer Literate and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access
- Active on social media with strong social media experience and able to work effectively in a team
- Have the ability to produce original ideas, attractive
- Excellent communication skills, with strong presentation skills
- Have copywriter skill (preferable)
- Fluent in English both oral and written (preferable)
- Able to join ASAP
3. FREELANCE TRANSLATOR
Duties and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Reading through original material/script and rewriting it in the target language, ensuring that the meaning of the source text is retained
- Able to use specialist dictionaries or reference books to find the closest equivalents for terminology and words used
- Retaining and developing knowledge on specialist areas of translation
Requirements:
- Excellent writing skills and command of Grammar (English and Bahasa Indonesia)
- Education D3 or S1 English Literature/equivalent is preferable
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Prioritizing work to meet deadlines
- Good computer skills
