1. HR Manager
Job Description :
- Scope of work as HR Generalist, analyzing Employee Job Descriptions & SOPs using SWOT analysis
- Measure employee performance either through KPIs or balance score card method
- Recruitment process
Job requirement :
- Male/Female max 40 years old
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Management, or Law
- Experience as HR Manager 3-4 years
- Good knowledge in Labour Laws
- Good knowledge HR Generalist (Compensation & Remuneration, Recruitment & Selection, Training & Development, Industrial Relations & Employee Relations, Legal & Personnel)
- Has an extensive network and good relations with various agencies related to industrial relations such as: Disnaker, PHI, etc. on a national scale
- Have experience in using HRD software such as HRIS or payroll systems
