HRIS Specialist (GWO Specialist)

We are open vacancy for HRIS Specialist (GWO Specialist) with qualification below :

• Degree from a relevant field of study (Graduate / Post Graduate with Specialization in HR)
• 5 to 10 Year experience in HR/payroll preferably from HR shared services background
• Strong written & oral communication skills in English
• Understands HR processes, needs & functions.
• Ability to generate a sense of urgency with understanding of when to escalate issues
• Ability to handle diverse and confidential information
• Flexibility & the willingness to cover other tasks as needed, & adapt to ongoing changes
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical skills with proven ability to organize and analyze data
• Maintains confidentiality
• Passionate about enhancing the employee experience

As a member of the Global Workforce Operations team, GWO Specialist is responsible for executing primarily on Payroll, Data & Reporting, and other HR services, utilizing an in-depth understanding of relevant systems, processes and policies.
