* IT Technical Support Analyst *

• Provide support in country infrastructure, including server, desktop PC, laptop and other peripherals
• Manage on day to day operations of Helpdesk and Service Desk team
• Guide and monitor for ticket closure, ensuring incident related to end user device resolved within agreed SLA
• Make sure process compliance with IT standard and policy
