DESCRIPTION

1. Review final batch record and cross check the regulatory compliance according to BPOM approval before final batch release by QA Manager.
2. Review master batch record both new document and revision before approved by QA Manager.
3. Prepare Risk Analysis document related to specific condition that may cause any risks to product quality
4. Review deviation reports, and follow up to define appropriate actions and closing.
5. Follow up product complaints by performing investigation and reporting the result to QA Manager.
6. Handle product recall and return product

REQUIREMENT

• Apothecary graduates from -reputable university
• Have minimum 3 year experience in the related is required (QMS)
• Communicative English
• Willing to stay at Cikarang area
