"Sales Manager"
Experience requirements:
- End-to-end execution of marketing strategies
- 5 years in Business Development and Sales Management
Job Description:
- Product responsibility for Power Technique
- Product costing and pricing
- Sales support and product training
- Work with the team to develop innovative marketing programs
- Report to Regional Business Line Managers
- All sales activities related to distributors / agents for both Divisions APE and PFL
- Lead and motivate all members of the local team
- Responsible for the performance and development of the team.
- Effectively manage the Account Receivables of APE – Air & Tools, PFL – Power & Flow and PTS – Power Technique Service Division to ensure that the set targets are achieved
- Monitor and control business activities and expenditure to meet budget guidelines (functional cost efficiency).
- Report on market matters and competition developments on a regular basis. Promotion and use of Cloud for Sales CRM on a constant basis for all activities. Ensure complete adoption within the territory for all team members.
