Hi, we are hiring! Japan Tobacco International Indonesia is currently looking for:
Training & Development Executive
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in HR Management or equivalent.
- Required language(s): Bhs Indonesia, English
- At least 4 Year(s) of working experience in HR area focusing in L&D
- Proven experience as a Training Coordinator/Trainer/Training Facilitator or similar role
- Deep understanding of sales/marketing field operation, performance assessment, training design & evaluation measurement
- Strong coaching and public speaking skills
- Design and develop high impact training and learning modules and material supports, based on the field needs and supporting data
- Deliver and conduct high impact training programs based on identified needs
- Ensure end-to-end ownership of training strategies and programs implementation
- Organize L&D programs with participants, leadership team, SME's to ensure a high-level execution
- Provide all reports regarding training and development program to ensure all stakeholders are informed properly
- Ensure budget for in-house training and external correctly to ensure all programs run effectively and efficiently
