Warehouse Operator

We are looking for a hardworking Warehouse Worker. You will be responsible for performing an array of duties such as receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and delivering or shipping orders, managing, organizing and retrieving stock and other.

Requirements :

• Having minimum SMA/SMK education levels with great academic records
• Valid Driver’s License C
• Forklift Operation Certification will be considered an advantage
• Previous working experience as a Warehouse Worker for 2 years
• Great physical stamina and manual dexterity
• Team player, honest, reliable, opstimist and positive minded
• Good organizational and time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem solver
• Preferably from Sidoarjo or Surabaya

• Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
• Oversee all product development procedures to identify deviations from quality standards
• Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis
• Solicit feedback from customers to assess whether their requirements are met
• Submit detailed reports to appropriate executives
• Be on the lookout for opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in business administration or relevant field
• Proven experience as Quality SPV/Manager minimum 3 years, preferably in manufacture company
• Motivated, Honest, Reliable
• High level of energy and huge dose of optimism and positivity
• A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
• Outstanding communication skills in English and Bahasa both oral and witten
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
• Excellent math abilities and working knowledge of data analysis/statistical methods
• Certification of quality control is a strong advantage (ISO 90001 & 22000, etc.)
