Customer Service Supervisor

[URGENTLY NEEDED] - CUSTOMER SERVICE SUPERVISOR - Sojilabs Indonesia
We are currently looking for experienced Customer Service Supervisor for our company in South Jakarta.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma in any field.
- At least 3 Year(s) working experience in Sales - Tele sales /Telemarketing or equivalent and have experienced as Supervisor/Coordinator
- Have experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) System and SOP
- Excellent managerial, communication and costumer service skills
- Good English and computer skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Monitoring and authenticating returns, exchanges and voids
- Overseeing and assessing customer service operator team performances and provide regular performance related feedback
- Arrange the daily tasks and KPIs for the operator
- Investigating and solving customer service complaints.
- Training the operator staffs to improve the operator performances and overall company services
- Making weekly reports
- Performing other duties assigned by Dept. Manager and Managing Director
