Position: E-commerce Sales Supervisor
Industry: Mobile Phone Accessories
Working hours: Monday to Friday (8.30-17.30)
Work address: North Jakarta
Salary: 10-13 Million + Bonus

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the operation of major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia, and can propose improvement plans based on the status of the store;
2. Familiar with e-commerce operation, communicate with operators of major e-commerce platforms, report activities, strive for resources, and do a good job of communication and cooperation in all aspects;
3. Analyze and improve store daily data, customer experience, after-sales service, etc.;
4. Put forward suggestions for improvement of products and services to enhance the marketing capabilities of the online store;
5. Responsible for the statistical tracking of store sales, and regularly summarize and propose improvement measures;
6. Follow up the implementation of various official promotion activities of major e-commerce platforms;
7. Approve and summarize store sales data;
8. Responsible for team formation, personnel training and business management of the operation team.

job requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 3-5 years of relevant work experience in e-commerce operations or operations supervisor is preferred;
2. Familiar with the new products on major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Tokopedia, understand the rules, techniques, transaction procedures, and methods and techniques for expanding transaction volume;
3. Able to independently complete the preparation, planning, execution, and subsequent effect evaluation of the entire set of activities;
4. Have a strong team spirit and work passion, good at communication, and work hard;
5. Ability to think and improve independently, be careful and responsible.
6. Fluent in English, can speak in Mandarin will be a plus
