Finance-Taxing Staff, Finance-Admin Staff

PUSTEK E&T is urgently hiring!

PT. Pustek E&T, sebuah start up perusahaan konsultan engineering yang sedang tumbuh pesat saaat ini membutuhkan beberapa personnel dengan posisi sebagai :

1. Finance-Taxing Staff (Minimum 1 year of experience)
2. Finance-Admin Staff (Minimum 1 year of experience)

A degree in Accounting, and Management are preferrable.
Here are the bigger picture of what the chosen candidates shall do in the future:

1. Make a general journal from daily transactions, and capable in using Accurate software. Other accounting softwares such as Zahir is a plus point.
2. Report account payable for periodically
3. Responsible to do bank payment process
4. Bookkeeping accounting and review for reimbursement
5. Document receipts and revenues
6. Prepare and issue payments
7. Check incoming cash in bank for all banks
8. Process accounts and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
9. Generate financial statements and reports detailing account receivable status
10. Monitoring filling document before and after payment
11. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
