HR Recruitment Specialist (placement in Jakarta)

Requirements :

• Bachelor degree from Psychology;
• fluent English;
• Indonesian citizenship;
• have experience in recruitment ;
• understand end-to-end recruitment process;

Responsibilities :

• remotely recruit personnel for non-executive positions for company`s branches in Indonesia;
• post vacancies on popular job search portals;
• process resume databases;
• conduct phone, face-to-face, online interviews.

Working conditions:

• 3 months probation
