PT Lensa Esa Internasional now hiring for vacant position :

"HUMAN RESOURCES INFORMATION SYSTEM"

Responsibility :

1. Implementation system solutions specialized on Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
2. Understanding of client requirement and translate them into application / software and operational requirement.
3. Develop client requirements documentations and system knowledge according to standard templates / SOP.
4. Monitoring team work and schedule deadline.

Requirements :

1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology
2. At least 2 - 3 years experience as consultant, with 2 years experience in implement HRIS is a must
3. Must have good communication skills
4. Strong analytical skill
5. Must be hard working, independent, and willing to work overtime
6. Willing to travel locally and overseas
7. Have a knowledge in database Access or SQL
