We are looking for IT Service Management Internship with requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.
• Final Year Student / Program Internship
• Required language(s): English & Bahasa Indonesia
• Minimum 6 months period
• Location work: BSD

Job Description
-IM & PM Role

• To track and report all incidents and problem tickets
• To follow up with correct stakeholders for faster closure of tickets
• To work with stakeholders to obtain RCA of the issue and the subsequent timely closure of the root cause
• To ensure closure of all problem tickets within SLA

-Capacity & Change Management Role

• To work with stakeholders to Identify and report capacity (issues and forecast)
• Asset management and reporting
• To manage and maintain change calender
• Work with stakeholders to institutionalize proper change management process
• Weekly reporting of Changes (Success, Failed & Unauthorized changes)
• Work with stakeholders to minimize Change related issues
