IT Support & Infrastructure

Job Description:

• Provide day-to-day support to ensure the smooth running of the computers, network devices, printers as well as end user' requirement
• Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, maintain & update technical support documentation
• Handle asset management, maintain inventory and liaise with vendors
• Manage IT Infrastructure, system monitoring & reports
• Implement & monitor office IT security and antivirus
• Having experience as Programmer / Application Support would be advantage
• Good experiences in networking (VLAN ID, Switches, and LAN/WAN documentation)

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Technology or related field preffered.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience operating a similar role
• In depth knowledge of computer hardware, software and OS
• Familiar with Dynamics 365
• A good and responsible team player
• Good analytical and emphatic skills with positive work attitude
• Initiative, enthusiasm & willingness to learn in a fuild and fast-paced environment
• Good interpersonal & communication skills to interact effectively at all levels
