NATIONAL SERVICE MANAGER
Jobdesc:
- Perform activities support related to pre & after sales
- Coordinate effectively with both office team
- Identifying individual & team learning & development needs
- Ensure that all services are delivered, clearly reported and documented
- Proactively monitor all pending jobs, follow-up with staff team closely, provide support whenever necessary
- Practice health and safety work requirement & procedure
- Facilitate service team for needed equipment
- Regulary reporting in writing to the management of all activitie, commercial, technical & personnel issues
- Evaluation of subcontractors quotation & select qualified subcontractors for field service work needed
- Approval of sparepart, maintenance, service, overhaul margin
Requirements:
- S1 majoring in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronic, or any other related engineering field
- Experienced in managing a big engineering team for at least 5 years
- Having a technical background related to Syspex business (packaging & warehouse solution)
- High inisiative and good leadership skill, detail oriented
- Understand and having an ability to develop business
