Organizational Development Manager

We are looking for a professional to implement and oversee programs that increase efficiency, strengthen employee knowledge and abilities, and maintain the overall health of a company. He/ She will report to General Manager of HR in diagnosing problems and setting company goals, then create training programs to meet those goals, often incorporating behavioural science to enhance employee satisfaction and productivity. He/ She will also help personnel adjust to new procedures during times of change.
