Urgently Needed for client (Apparel Manufacturing Company) (Semarang & Tanggerang)

Position :

1. Regional Compliance Manager

Job Description :

1. Build company compliance strategy
2. Standardize Indonesia compliance policy
3. Coordinate and monitor strategy execution across global facilities for production
4. Able to do risk assessment and build corrective & preventive actions
5. Work directly with major customer for strategy implementation/ corrective actions follow up
6. Incharge for company policy related compliance across 9 factories

Job requirement :

• Has experience in Compliance and Safety min 10 years
• Have K3 certificate is a must
• Has experience in footwear and apparel (garment) industry
• Background skills preference: sustainability: water, waste, energy
• Mandatory skills/exposure: labor, health & safety - HSE, K3
• Strong knowledge of industry processes & regulations
• Able to communicate in English is a must
