- Minimum 8 years of restaurant or hotel experience.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience.
- Experience in Europe and or different Asian countries are an advantage.
- Has strong culinary skill.
- Has good HACCP/Food Safety knowledge.
- Professional, self motivated and team player. to work under pressure.
- English proficiency.
- Apply for Indonesian national.
Educational Level:
- Globally-recognized culinary qualification.
- Degree holder in Hotel and Catering Management an advantage.
