• Manage and execute Human Capital Services, specializing in Employee Contracts and Regulations, Industrial Relations, Payroll & HRIS for Corporate also Business Units
• Responsible for all Human Capital Services policies, procedures and systems

Qualifications:

• Professional Appearance, good communication.
• At least 5 year(s) of working experience as Manager in the related field is required for this position.
• Deep understanding in industrial relations, labor law, tax law and HRIS is a must.
