EXECUTIVE CHEF

• Minimum 4 years experience in similar position.
• Energetic & positive individual and team player.
• Menu composition skills & ability to follow implemented recipes.
• Throughly familiar with HACCP system,
• Able to work flexible hours to manage three restaurant outlets, plus banquet facilities for up to 150 pax.
• Exellent English comunication skills.
• Able to manage stock and maintain food-cost standards.
• Able to plan schedules according to operational needs.
• Able to handle administrative duties.
• Maintain constant relationship with “Culinary Director”.
