HR Executive

PT Kenso Indonesia, an agrochemical company, currently open opportunity for HR Executive.

Job Desc:

1. Recruiting staff; hiring & retaining employee.
2. Handling HR administration.
3. Handling employee benefits; salary, bonus, incentives, BPJS & health insurance.
4. Handling people development; internal & external training, outing & employee gathering
5. Handling performance management; Probation evaluation & Employee’s KPI.
6. Planning for HR Dept.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Management, and other related fields from reputable education institution.
2. Having experience on HR at least 3 years with at least one of performance management / learning & development / talent management / organization development.
3. Have ability to work autonomously and to deal with ambiguity.
4. Proven organization skills; be willing to operate in a fast-paced challenging environment.
5. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
