PT. Central Cipta Murdaya (Holding company of PT. Hardaya Inti Plantation) is looking for HRGA staff with qualification:

• Male, min Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, psychology, law
• Min. 5 years of working experience in the related field (Plantation Company)
• Having knowledge and skill in Industrial relation, Employee Relation, Recruitment, HR Operation and GA
• Strong Experience in Plantation Company
• Familiar with updated Government Employment Regulation
• Understand major industrial relation issues and alternatives to solutions
• Good communication skill and negotiation skill to all levels within the organization

This position will be based in Cikini, Central Jakarta.
