HSE Superintendet, Corporate Doctor, Recruitment & Assessment Superintendent, Plant Maintenance Planner, Mine Operation Supervisor

1. HSE Superintendet (Code: HSESUPT_Name)
    Qualification:

• Bachelor degree of Occupational safety and health (K3) / Environmental Engineering / Public Health / Mining Engineering / Geologist / Electrical Engineering / other relevant major.
• Have a min. 3 years experience in the same position or min. 5 years as HSE Supervisor.
• Have an understanding of HSE implementation, and also about ISO 9001; 14001; 45001.
• Have an understanding of mine operations & workshop operations, understand the regulations on the implementation of K3 and the environment in the mine area and workshops.
• Hold a min. POP (Pengawas Operational Pertama issued by BNSP) certificate, SMK3 certificate, SMKP certificate.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.

2. Corporate Doctor (Code: HSEDOC_Name)
    Qualification:

• Bachelor degree in Medical (min. general doctor registered in IDI).
• Have a min 3 years experience in the same position.
• Hold an ATLS, ACLS, STR, SIP, and Hiperkes Doctor certificates.
• Have an understanding of the provisions of PAK and the concept of PAK investigations.
• Have an understanding the concept of industrial hygiene.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.

3. Recruitment & Assessment Superintendent (Code: RECSUPT_Name)
    Qualification:

• Preferably Master Degree of Industrial-Organizational Psychology or other related major.
• Have a min 5 years experiences in the same field, have experience work in mine industry are preferred.
• Have an understanding about mining process; HSE procedure, HR business process and regulations, in depth knowledge about HR and psychological tools.
• Mastered of Assessment Center, Behavioral Event Interview.
• Able to manage mass recruitment and fulfillment of man power in shortly.
• Able to cooperate with vendors, negotiate, and manage the preparation of cooperation contracts.
• Have strong analytical skill, management and great communication in bilingual.
• Ms. Excel literate.
• Willing to be placed in Balikpapan.

4. Plant Maintenance Planner (Code: MP_Name)
    Qualification:

• Bachelor Degree from Electrical / Mechanical Engineer.
• Have experience minimum 3 years in the same field.
• Knowing about mining procedure, HSE procedure, plant maintenance process, specify of unit/equipment.
• Knowing about Heavy Equipment Management System.
• Knowing about Computerized Mechanical Management Systems (CMMS).
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan Area).

5. Mine Operation Supervisor (Code: MODTL_Name)
    Qualification:

• Preferably Diploma or Bachelor degree from Mining Engineering. High School accepted with 12 years of experience in related field.
• Has work experience min 3 years as supervisor in mining industry.
• Has POP (Pengawas Operational Pratama) certification.
• Able to work with deadlines.
• Good communicator and thorough at work.
• Understand mining process and HSE procedure used in mining area.
• Familiar with heavy equipment used in mining area.
• Willing to be placed at all company site (Kalimantan area).
