Job Vacancy: Mechanical, Electrical, & Plumbing (MEP) Dept. Head
Location: Cakung – East Jakarta

Responsibilities:

• Reviewing proposed design from consultant in every design stage
• Manage regular design meetings with consultants until design is complete and recorded all the changes in the simple and clear minutes of design meeting and ensuring compliance design inter-discipline (Structure, Electrical, Electronics, Plumbing, Landscape and Interior Design)
• Managing schedules and timelines to ensure that projects are on time
• Reviewing mockup/samples and assist the owner/BOD in terms of decision-making
• Reviewing contractor proposal for material submissions, shop drawing, method statement application, the rectification of defects in area of design responsibilities

Requirements:

• Min. S1 Mechanical or Electrical
• Fluent in English both of speaking and writing
• Minimum 15 years’ experience in related field
• Must have experience in High Rise Building
• Preferably Manager specialized in MEP or equivalent
• Required skill: AutoCAD
