Posisi: People & Culture Manager

Requirement:

1. Maximum 35 years old
2. Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
3. Minimum 5 years of experience as Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
4. A high level of English and Bahasa (written and oral) is required
5. Deep understanding of the labor laws
6. Strong in analytical and problem solving
7. Must be able to meet deadline, multitask, independent, have a positive attitude, possess good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and commercial sense

Responsibilities:

1. Implementing all initiatives in the People & Culture area that are in line with the company's strategy in building HR
2. Conduct initial analysis to provide recommendations for improvement of existing systems, practices, policies and procedures
3. Carry out the development of an effective and efficient organizational structure including doing job analysis, job evaluation and grading
4. Perform a workforce plan strategy and create a strategy to retain employees
5. Ensure the management of selection to employee placement, reward and industrial relation
6. Help and perform performance management analysis which will make employees more optimal at work
7. Oversee, conduct and evaluate all P&C policies and procedures
8. Ensure the management of administrative processes and related systems so as to support the entire operational process in line with the company’s vision and mission
