Posisi: People & Culture Manager
Requirement:
- Maximum 35 years old
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology/Human Resource Management from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Human Resources or equivalent
- A high level of English and Bahasa (written and oral) is required
- Deep understanding of the labor laws
- Strong in analytical and problem solving
- Must be able to meet deadline, multitask, independent, have a positive attitude, possess good interpersonal skill, negotiation skill, and commercial sense
Responsibilities:
- Implementing all initiatives in the People & Culture area that are in line with the company's strategy in building HR
- Conduct initial analysis to provide recommendations for improvement of existing systems, practices, policies and procedures
- Carry out the development of an effective and efficient organizational structure including doing job analysis, job evaluation and grading
- Perform a workforce plan strategy and create a strategy to retain employees
- Ensure the management of selection to employee placement, reward and industrial relation
- Help and perform performance management analysis which will make employees more optimal at work
- Oversee, conduct and evaluate all P&C policies and procedures
- Ensure the management of administrative processes and related systems so as to support the entire operational process in line with the company’s vision and mission
