Purchasing Staff

PT. Indo Oji Makmur Perkasa (Indofood Group) is looking for talented people to join the team with a Purchasing Staff position

Requirment :

• Female / max 30 thn
• Min Bachelor’s Degree of any major, with at least 1 year relevant working experiance
• Have a good time management
• Good Interpersonal, communication dan negotiation skill
• Have a knowledge of export & import regulation and procedures
• Have good analyze and detail oriented
• Familiar and used to using with SAP system and Ms office

Responsibillity :

• Manage procurement activities such as sourching, quotation reviews, prices, payment terms and negotiation.
• Negotiate the best deal for pricing
• Analyze, compile and purchase orders monitor
• Responsible with the purchase of goods
• Evaluating and comparing prices from several suppliers
• Do the process of inputting order details into the database
• Coordinate with the warehouse department for goods receipt
• Track orders and ensure that delivery is on time
