General requirements:

• Extensive background in resort operation and good administration skills
• Well organised with great attention to detail
• Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to create a motivating environment
• Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal, with guests, colleagues & management
• Experience in the financial management of hotel operation including budgets, cost & expenses. sales analysis, and reporting
• Have a stable work history & excellent work-related references
• Previous experience with the same position or managing 4-5 star resort
• Good command in spoken & written English
