JNE is hiring Supervisor Contact Center Support, please look at the following details :
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information System or Computer Science
- At least 1year(s) of working experience in the related field, specializing in Contact Center/Customer Service, Technical & Helpdesk Support
- Having knowledge about Troubleshooting, software/hardware issues
- Willing to work on Shift or Weekend
Responsibilities:
- Ability to resolves software and hardware issues
- Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer's problems related to infrastructure in Customer Service Division
- Experienced in managed team
- Monitoring report and analyzing the performance of Customer Service Division
- Monitoring availability and improvement of the infrastructure in Customer Service Division
