JNE is hiring Supervisor Contact Center Support, please look at the following details :

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information System or Computer Science
  • At least 1year(s) of working experience in the related field, specializing in Contact Center/Customer Service, Technical & Helpdesk Support
  • Having knowledge about Troubleshooting, software/hardware issues
  • Willing to work on Shift or Weekend

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to resolves software and hardware issues
  • Identify, evaluate and prioritize customer's problems related to infrastructure in Customer Service Division
  • Experienced in managed team
  • Monitoring report and analyzing the performance of Customer Service Division
  • Monitoring availability and improvement of the infrastructure in Customer Service Division
