Position: Duty Manager Cum Customer Experience Coordinator
Responsible for operations to the agreed standards ensuring total customer satisfaction. To meet and improve upon all agreed KPI targets within the department. To perform as the person-in-charge and be accountable for all tickets entry, service flow, and food & beverage, specifically EBITDA, outs of Front of the House service standards, culinary, and property operations, compliance, and Jakarta Aquarium culture in the property.
Qualification/Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree: Preferable with operation and customer experience background.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
- At least a minimum of 1.5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Responsible for creating the best customer experience, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. Interacts with customers to exceed their expectations and increase their satisfaction and loyalty. Can work independently as well as in the team, fast learner & has an initiative on operation Project.
