IT Programmer, PLC-SCADA Engineer

Position: IT Programmer (Staff Level)
Placement: MM2100, Cibitung

PT Kaneka Foods Indonesia is a joint venture company between Kaneka Corporation and Mitsubishi Corporation that engaged in foods industry.

Main Responsibility:

1. Maintain system software, ETL & Integration in KFI
2. Support KFI ERP & MES daily operation
3. Perform IT support & incident handling based on IT procedures
4. Provide data & support for IT procurement, then perform equipment, consumables & asset monitoring
5. Perform daily, weekly & monthly checking of IT services
6. Perform IT & System training for users
7. Input, update & maintain IT daily operation data & IT related information
8. Development, modification, maintenance & documentation of KFI internal applications/subsystem

Requirements:

1. Can create website / web application (using latest technology preferred)
2. Can create desktop application
3. Can create mobile application is a plus
4. Good Excel skills
5. Understand software development life cycle
6. Familiar with ETL concept is a plus
7. Familiar with MCFrame System is a big plus
8. Can perform basic computer support & troubleshooting
9. Good understanding of Windows OS (10)
10. Good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
11. Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP
12. Good communication, logical & analytical thinking
13. Can perform training for users about how to use the system
14. Good command in English (Japanese is a plus)
15. Education: minimum Diploma degree in software engineering related major
16. Experience: fresh graduate, or max 1 year in related field

Position: PLC-SCADA Engineer (Supervisor Level)
Placement: MM2100, Cibitung

Main Responsibility:

1. Support day-to-day project task execution, documentation & reporting for PLC-SCADA related projects
2. Ensure smooth PLC-SCADA daily operation, ensure minimum system downtime, provide quick problem countermeasure
3. Perform periodic maintenance for PLC-SCADA system, and related infrastructure & network
4. Maintain training activity plan, and perform training to PLC-SCADA users, ensure the users can use the system optimally
5. Create & update SOP, documentation & reports of operational activity

Requirements:

1. Excellent skills of PLC programming and Ladder logic PLC (Mitsubishi is preferred)
2. Good knowledge of HMI Interface and SCADA programming
3. Good knowledge of Visual Basic or VBA programming
4. Experience performing preventive and corrective maintenance of PLC-SCADA System
5. Experience of proposing and implementing improvement works to PLC-SCADA system
6. Good knowledge of troubleshooting electrical panels.
7. Good understanding of Field bus networks (Ethernet IP, serial communication (RS-232) between PLC and instruments, and Ethernet communication between PLC and database systems.
8. Good Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
9. Good communication, logical & analytical thinking
10. Can perform training for users about how to use the system
11. Good command in English (Japanese is a plus)
12. Education: minimum Diploma degree in engineering related major
13. Experience: minimum 2 year in related field (Industrial Automation, Process Automation)
