Position: Production Supervisor
Placement: Karawang Factory

Requirements

1. Maximum 27 years old.
2. Must possess educational background: Bachelor Degree (S-1) major in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a reputable university.
3. Fresh graduate is welcome or proven experience working in a supervisory role in the food industry preferred.
4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa).
5. Sharp production focus with a drive for accurate results.

Job description:

1. Supervise the production team to operate following SOP with an aim for operational excellence.
2. Ensure compliance with management systems such as ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, SJH.
