Purchasing (Mandarin Expert)

PT Nusantara Terang Abadi, is a company engaged in the LED lighting distributor. Currently we are looking for potential candidates to fill the position of Purchasing (Mandarin Expert)

Location : Jl. Raya H. Tabri, Cirarab, Kec. Legok, Tangerang, Banten 15820 (Kawasan Industri Blessindo)

Qualifications:

• Minimal 2 years of working experience in the related field
• Candidate must possess at least SMU, Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree/Post Graduate Degree in any field.
• Proficient in Ms. Office (Ms. Excel, Word, Power point, Outlook)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (Very Good in Mandarin)

Responsibilities:

• Search for suppliers for ordering requested items
• Prepare and process purchase orders for suppliers and equipment
• Select and negotiate for the best purchase deals
• Review and monitor inventories, deliveries and track order status
• Ensure ordered items arrive on time and all invoices are sent to accounts for payment
• Maintain records of goods ordered and received and produce all purchasing reports
