Senior General Manager for Accounting

SENIOR GM ACCOUNTING

Job description :

1. Act as Senior General Manager for Accounting, Tax & Inventory.
2. Report to Director and Commisary
3. Responsible to develop accounting strategies, monitor goals and adjust policies to meet them, works closely with ascertain goals.
4. Monitoring work activity planning for accounting team on daily basis, conduct coaching and mentoring on regular basis for accounting team
5. Produce and provide proper P&L reports, Balance Sheet, Cashflow and advice management on investment (capex strategies)

Requirements:

1. Minimum 10 years of Accounting, Tax & Inventory
2. Experience in public listed and must have experience on IPO preparation
3. Minimum Bachelor degree from Accounting, Master Degree is preferable
4. Must have experience dealing with well-known external finance & accounting auditor
5. Must have experience building the corporate accounting system.
6. Must have experience producing the accurate monthly / annually accounting reports
7. Must have a strong understanding of accounting principles, a strong cost systems background and an excellent analytical skills
8. Excellent communication in English both oral and written (Business level)
9. Strong leadership and people management.
