Job Purpose:
Lead the team to deliver flawless execution of the agreed Picture of Success in all outlets within their territory, and to deliver a consistent level of service that our customers value and reward to generate sustainable sales growth.

Job Qualification

• Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1) from any disciplines
• Minimum 2 years working experience on Sales Function
• Having Strong Leadership competency
• Technical Competencies: Selling, Account Development, Merchandising
• Behavioral Competencies: Orientation to excellence, Customer Orientation, Communicating & Influencing, Problem Solving, Collaboration
