Job Description
We are currently looking for Business Development to join our team. In this role, you will maintain existing client relationships, as well as identify and acquire new business opportunities, be involved in the pitching process, and overall to drive the company’s growth and revenue.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Discover new business opportunities and acquire new clients
• Account management on a regular basis, and cross-sell or up-sell with existing clients
• Get involved in the pitching process and present the campaign idea to the client
• Prospecting and close deals with outbound sales calls, emails, or other channels
• Drive revenue and achieve sales targets and overall KPI
• Prepare reports and updates to clients as well as to the company management

Requirement

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience working in a similar position or in a digital agency
• Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and strong networking skills
• Highly motivated, go-getter attitude, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset
• Have an existing network of client contacts would be a definite advantage
• Solid working knowledge related to digital marketing activity and ecosystem
• Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)

Job Description
We are currently looking for a Digital Strategist to join our team. In this role, you will plan and execute on ads campaigns in several categories: from search ads, social ads, to display ads, and overall responsibility for planning, analyzing, recommending and implementing multi-channel digital marketing strategies to meet marketing objectives of clients and company.

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop proposals or strategic solutions related to the digital marketing plan
• Plan and manage paid promotions across social media and the Google platform
• Conduct keyword research and optimize SEO and SEM efforts
• Plan and manage email marketing
• Report campaign performance to ensure KPIs are met
• Take part in communication with clients on digital operations implementation

Requirement

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience working in a similar position or in a digital agency
• Ability of strategic thinking skills to generate a digital marketing plan/presentation
• Experience in executing and optimizing ads on social media (Facebook, Instagram, etc) and ads on the Google platform (Google search ads, display ads, etc)
• Solid knowledge of SEO, email marketing campaigns (Mailchimp) and web analytics tools like Google Analytics and other digital and analytical tools
• A passion for digital marketing and a desire to remain up-to-date with digital trends
• Excellent in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and spoken)
