Digital Marketing Manager

Location : South Jakarta
Benefit : Negotiable (up to 9 Mio)

Job Requirement :

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent
• Up to 1 years experience in managerial area and 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Understand digital marketing strategy and social media marketing
• Experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, email campaigns and social media
• Analytical mindset and critical thinking
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)

Job Scope :

• Plan and carry out various digital marketing strategies related to the company: website, e-mail, SEO or SEM, online advertising and social media
• Working with content team to write engaging contents for website, email and social media
• Assist in the formulation strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Launch optimized online adverts through Google AdWords, Facebook, etc. to increase brand awareness
• Design, develop, and maintain the continuity of corporate social media activities
• Measure and report the entire performance of digital marketing activities as well as comparing with targets
• Identify trends also insights by optimizing all channel activity in online marketing based on data insights
• Run regular brainstorming in developing strategies related to online marketing team
• Plan, implement, and measure various experiments
