FINANCE MANAGER
Requirements :

• Bachelor degree majoring in Finance/Accounting from Reputable University.
• Maximum age 40 Year.
• Have experience minimum 7 years as Finance Manager in Public Listed Company.
• Keen in handling Cashflow, Account Receivable, Account Payable, and all activities relate to Finance.
• Have a good concept of Project Financing strategy and good ability in reporting.
• Have a goog knowledge in Taxation, Letter of Credit (L/C), Bank Guarantee, and other Bank Activities including negotiation.
• Advance skills for using MS Office and various Office Support Software.

Soft Competencies Required :

• Problem Solver
• Proactive & have good analytical thinking
• Have a good communication skill
• Able to work underpressure

 

COST ESTIMATOR

• Bachelor Degree from Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum experience 2 (two) years as Cost Estimator in Services Company for Oil & Gas Industry or Maintenance Project.

Requirements skills : 

• Estimation project tabulation with relevant engineering BOQ BOM, MTO calculation with acceptable & reasonable local content to site cost price calculation and break down price, Project Plan & Scheduling, Preparation & presentation project cash flow report included cost trend analysis & forecast, Cost Control.
• English Active and advance for using Ms. Excell formula.
• Domicile in Jabodetabek area.
