Job Decription :is looking for an HRGA MANAGER
- Developing and administering human resources and general affair plans and procedures that relate to company personnel.
- Planning, organizing, and controlling the activities and actions of the HRGA department.
- Contributing to the development of HRGA department goals, objectives, and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM or equivalent.
- 5 years of experience in human resources or related field.
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
- People oriented and results driven.
- Experience in educating and coaching staff.
- Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
